Terms of Service & Conditions

These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally enforceable contract between Perfect Deal ("Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our") and any person, entity, or automated program accessing or transacting with our platform ("User", "Customer", "Buyer", "Reseller", or "You").

Key Definitions:

• "Digital Goods" refers to intangible electronic items, activation keys, license codes, pre-configured software credentials, vouchers, or virtual credits;
• "Wallet Balance" represents store credit denominated in USD/USDT or BDT credited upon verified deposits;
• "Reseller API" refers to our programmatic JSON HTTP interface allowing authorized partners to automate catalog queries, balance checks, and instant ordering;
• "Fulfillment" occurs at the precise millisecond a purchased key, code, or credential is transmitted into your Telegram chat or made available via download token.

By registering or interacting with Perfect Deal, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction);
2. You maintain sole custodial control over your Telegram account, devices, and any issued Reseller API keys. You are fully liable for all transactions executed through your credentials;
3. Device Verification Compliance: To prevent bot-driven referral farming and sybil attacks, our system may require you to complete a browser-based anti-fraud verification challenge (https://digioffers.xyz/verify-device). Failure to complete verification may restrict deposit or purchasing privileges;
4. You will not use multiple Telegram accounts, proxy networks, or automated clickers to artificially farm referral signup bonuses or exploit promotional discount codes.

All items listed on Perfect Deal are intangible digital goods. When an order is processed:

• Instant Fulfillment: Our system immediately queries local encrypted inventory or queries authorized upstream distributors to allocate your license keys;
• Dual-Channel Transmission: Delivered items are transmitted directly into your Telegram private message conversation and can additionally be retrieved via single-use encrypted web download URLs (https://digioffers.xyz/download/ORD-xxxxxx);
• Immediate Inspection Obligation: The buyer is under an affirmative legal duty to inspect, activate, and redeem delivered licenses immediately upon receipt and report any defects within the 24-hour warranty window.

Our platform operates on a multi-currency prepaid ledger model:

• Exchange Rates: Conversion rates between USD/USDT and BDT are updated dynamically based on open market indexes and locked for the duration of an active invoice session;
• Invoice Expiration: Generated deposit invoices expire after 15 to 30 minutes. Payments transmitted to expired invoice addresses require manual administrative audit and may incur reconciliation delays;
• Non-Interest Bearing: Store wallet balances do not accrue interest, are not bank deposits, and cannot be withdrawn to third parties except as authorized under our Refund Policy.

Verified partners utilizing our REST API (https://digioffers.xyz/api/v1/*) are subject to commercial developer standards:

• Authentication & Secret Custody: API requests must transmit the X-API-Key header. You are strictly responsible for securing your key. Any compromised keys must be revoked immediately via the bot;
• Rate Quotas & Abuse: Standard tiers allow up to 60 requests per minute. Automated scrapers attempting DDoS or excessive concurrent requests will trigger automated IP null-routing and API key suspension;
• Downstream Customer Privity: Perfect Deal has no legal or contractual relationship with downstream buyers of resellers. Resellers are solely responsible for providing tier-1 customer support and dispute handling to their end customers.

All software, bots, graphics, documentation, and design assets developed by Perfect Deal are the proprietary intellectual property of the platform.

Nominative Fair Use Disclaimer: All third-party corporate logos, trademarks, and brand names mentioned on our platform (including but not limited to Microsoft, Steam, Spotify, Google, OpenAI, Apple, Netflix, Binance, bKash, and Telegram) are the exclusive property of their respective trademark holders. Perfect Deal is an independent marketplace and secondary distributor. Reference to these brands is made strictly for descriptive, identification, and nominative fair use purposes, and does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or direct corporate affiliation.

EXCEPT FOR THE EXPLICIT 24-HOUR KEY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY DETAILED IN ARTICLE 05, ALL PLATFORM SERVICES, BOTS, DOWNLOAD PORTALS, AND DIGITAL GOODS ARE PROVIDED STRICTLY ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THIRD-PARTY DIGITAL SERVICES, SOFTWARE UPDATES, OR ONLINE LICENSES WILL REMAIN UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, NOR ARE WE RESPONSIBLE FOR MODIFICATIONS ENACTED BY THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE VENDORS AFTER SUCCESSFUL KEY ACTIVATION.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL Perfect Deal, ITS OPERATORS, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF REPUTATION, OR LOSS OF BUSINESS DATA ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

UNDER ALL CIRCUMSTANCES, OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE MONETARY LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS IS STRICTLY CAPPED AT THE EXACT AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE DISPUTE.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Perfect Deal, its developers, infrastructure operators, and partner gateways against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Your improper or unauthorized use of delivered digital goods;
• Your infringement or violation of any third-party rights or applicable laws.

Prior to instituting any formal legal proceeding or external dispute, you agree to submit the matter to our internal escalation desk:

1. Step 1 (Support Ticket): Contact @askmenowanything with your Order ID, purchase timestamp, and comprehensive explanation;
2. Step 2 (Administrative Investigation): Our senior operations team will review logs, cryptographic traces, and upstream supplier reports within 48 hours;
3. Step 3 (Amicable Settlement): Both parties will negotiate in good faith to reach an amicable commercial resolution (replacement, repair, or wallet settlement).

We reserve the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at our sole discretion. Any material changes will be announced via our Telegram broadcast channel (@pDealChannel). Your continued use of the platform following the publication of revised terms constitutes your explicit acceptance.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our bot, web app, or APIs immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or harms the platform, other users, or third parties.
